Ruth it's so sad and it does hurt but I'm sure he'll be fine and settle well into his new home.

I'm sure you'll miss him lots but take courage in the fact that you've done one of the most loving acts you can when owning a dog.

I shall be thinking of you on Sunday when Mpurph goes to his new home in the country...A very sad time for you, but you have done the best foir him and I am sure he will soon settle happily into his new home, although of course he will miss you at first...
