Ii got an Andrew James one for £25 on ebay...go for the rectangular one as it is easier to cut greaseproof paper to that shape...the round one I have is a mare

I've got a Sencor which is round and cost about £30. I'm not sure though whether you can buy them in the UK.

Mine has 5 plastic trays and holds about 500g of sliced meat for drying. I was really surprised how easy it was to clean them. Only needed a wash in warm water with some liquid soap in it, same as you'd wash dishes!

Thanks for that, they seem to go from about £20 to £100, and whilst I would rather buy cheap, no use if its not worth the money. I've just spent my entire pension this month already because of the car and bills. Thank goodness I opted for weekly payment of my state pension, at £30 I may well be able to afford one this month, just have to see what the brakes on the car cost.
