Cosmetic surgery I personally don't like it or think it necessary unless someone is disfigured by birth or accident.

I love the diversity of people and their imperfections , I would hate to see eveyone look the same as some of the Hollywood women (and men) are starting to do..faces even 'unusual' ones are full of charactar and interesting

I really hate breast implants yuk! I am not sure how women breast feed afterwards..I think having a happy healthy baby is much more important than bits of rubber stuck in ones chest. All the men I have spoken to prefer the small genuine than the large artificial

But then everyone has a personal choice and should do what makes them happy.
