It is just involuntary twitching that all animals and people do when asleep or sometimes awake. The reason he looked at his leg was to do with you interrupting the spasm. Bit like us with pins and needles. No need to worry but if you are just mention to your vet next time you go. He looks in rude health to me.

All four feet at the same time is normal. ALL dogs I've seen do that. My strange guy only moves ONE foot at a time. Moreover, it's not "twitching" it's rhythmic as if he hears a drumbeat he's going along with, and it's very different from what I'm used to seeing. He's a strange and all around wonky boy, so I'm just going to put this down to him being weird lol.
