You're right, political debates can get touchy, racist, and every thing else terrible. Not my cup of tea, but I've never been sensitive. I'm not old, either. Being me in this location teaches you that being sensitive will just leave you mad all the time.

At least online though it can be predictably amusing. I remember a few weeks ago the topic was medical marijuana. A few of us lefties starting posting a whole Cheech and Chong act while some others were harrumphing that we would make fun of "drug addiction"...so very many silly people in the world.
