I'm so achy today, not so much from going up, but coming down. My legs were actually shaking from the strain.

Dougal is very stiff, poor pup has no walk tonight, not making him walk after that.

Davie...you wouldn't think he had done anything! He's happy enough. He's going to Badaguish tomorrow till Thursday, it's going to be strange without him.

The distant mountain is An Teallach - my final Munro and one of the best ridge walks outside the Cuillin.
