The one I use is Coconoil, and is described as 'Certified Virgin Coconut Oil Organic.'

Yesterday I did a Moroccan spicy thingy for dinner, and stupidly forgot to try the coconut oil. I've never once used it for cooking.

I just use it as a skin moisturiser, and I'm very happy with it. I put quite a generous amount on and it looks as if it's too much, but it is very quickly absorbed. When I first put it on, especially if I have a tan, it makes me look like an oiled-up body builder! Except without the muscles.

I must look up the uses for dogs - I'm assuming you can add it to their food and perhaps rub it on their coats.
