We walk the sutton park and there are loads of herds, both Bullocks and Cows....and sometimes the odd Bull (rare occassions) you need to be respectful and mindful, but we have no problems, we have our dogs off lead.....on lead dogs seems to interest them LOL but fair play to them they graze and we walk, however my family had a huge dairy farm when I was young so I have no fear of cows but I know how they can be when upset. When I see them with their young we walk the opposite direction as they can get very protective but then you must expect that

Well that article is 3 years old so I think we can put it down to coincidence that they happened close to each other given that there haven't been many reported since.

Also the one where the farmer was trampled, the driver of the fire engine admitted causing his death
