he looks a very snuggly dog congratulations! I bet he loves the water!!! :O

On a side note, how cold is it in germany at the moment! I could have sworn the news earlier told me it was -17 there. Apparently it may dip to as low as -5 here slippery times ahead.

Do you reckon he's trying to tell you something?

You're going to have some fun with him Sarah. Enjoy him.

Supposedly -16 here at the moment. Doesn't feel that cold to me though, possibly coz it's not windy.

Apparently he does love water. I have visions of bringing home a blue Lab if I take him up to where I walked Luisa.

I am a big believer in that every thing happens for a reason, so this lad was your reason you didn't get Luisa, his need was greater.
Fun times ahead methinks!!!

A similar thing happened to me but with rats..If the people I had been talking to hadnt randomly ignored me suddenly, I wouldnt of been able to take on my lone girl last week.

Well this morning I woke to find myself sharing a bed with one Labrador, 2 Kongs, 4 tug toys and a tennis ball Spencer apparently found the pile of Ruperts toys in the night. And nobody ever explained to him that 3am is not play time even when the human gets up to use the bathroom.
