Oh she definitely didn't have one because the pained expression and the "you know where they are - borrow whichever one you fancy" said it all really! And the hall's on one of the main roads so not even down a nice quiet country lane (although the speeds people go down nice quiet country lanes...)

Dog was fine - person on other end of lead... no treats, no pockets or bag to store treats in - nothing and there was a lot of "did you not bring X that we lent you last weeks" going on. It was, interesting.

Have also seen someone in the local park being lightly roasted by the dog wardens for not owning a collar for their dog - but that one's another story.

(Am I sad that I have spare collars and leads in both cars in case of a snap or collar slip?! Saved us at least once when Layton reappeared from a bunny chase naked!)

I see a couple of peeps round here walking their dogs on string ...odd to see but then it does happen.

Nope your not sad, I have collars & leads in the car, I have a slip lead in my handbag & when I walk the dogs I always have a slip lead in a pocket or hanging round my neck , just incase...
