You can start a new htread for welfare issues----also it can be very subjective. There are strong feelings about a number of things and what I might consider a welfare issue someone else might think is perfectly OK----witness the recent discussion on the use of balls.

Please don't let the nice picture threads become a slagging off area.

I think picture threads should be solely for pictures and comments not for debates, it's easy enough to start a new thread if you want to debate an issue.
