Whatever time you have it I am sure it will be fine on the day ...
My son and his g/f are getting married in a couple of years, they are having a civil wedding and hiring a big barn that is used for weddings.... everything will take place under the one roof, so no traveling around all over the place for everyone and it will last all day and night

My wedding (7 weeks ago) was at 3.45pm and to be honest I wish I'd booked it for earlier in the day. Because OH and I had booked into separate rooms in the hotel for the night before and we had decided not to see each other until I walked down the aisle, I found myself on my own from when I woke up (5.15am!) until 3pm when mum and I left for the register office.

I also found that the wedding breakfast/reception went so quick - we had photos and drinks at 4.30pm, then the wedding breakfast at 6pm, entertainment (a magician) at 8.30pm for just over an hour, by which time some people had to leave.

I think 12pm will be fine.
