yes ivve been told to check for pellets, but mine couldnt eat a whole pigeon so id have to do some chopping up anyway

If you have any Falconer friends they may also be your best friend if they have excess quarry etc.

My friends Weimaraner caught a pigeon in the woods where we walk. She crept up to it and managed to catch it as it flew up. There was no way she was giving it up. She kept running off with it every time my friend tried to get her to leave it. I just said let her have it, it's natural and as she killed it, it shouldn't be wasted! She ate most of it and my Dal had some too that the Wem dropped. They loved it. Feathers and all!
