I'm sorry Devildogz, he'd already been to the dogs trust and found one before he read my message, he said that if he had room for him he would have been delighted to take him, but with a lab and now a newfie he can't, I'm so sorry I really thought he'd fall in love with him :/ Hope he finds a home soon

He did he went to someone on a foster basis - while the owner tried to sort things out, but there house sale fell through - so the house she was going into did aswell. She now has her lad back, for good and will be finding a home that will accept him and be suitable for him no matter how long it takes. Im so pleased for her, she was heart broken
