Thanks everyone, and yes AM I think I like this guy, I was thinking to myself on the way home yesterday how approachable and friendly he was, but the most important thing that stuck in my mind was, he is definitely a very dedicated vet who just adores our animals, and that's gotta be no. 1 on my list of preferred vets, so I think I'll be sticking with him in the future, even though Zena did bark at him last time when I took them both together, but that's coz he stood up lol, he'll have to stay on the floor when he needs to diagnose a problem with Zena
Georgie got me worried this afternoon, he wouldn't settle after his sunday roast, he wanted to go outside and lie out on the patio in the pouring rain, so I let him for a while, then got him back in, and he was panting, panting, panting, and I didn't have any heating on, and his breathing was very rapid and Zena seemed very worried about him too, she kept looking at me and going up to investigate him every few minutes.....
I just don't know???
I went upstairs for a little nap and he went in the kitchen as he would normally do on a weekday afternoon, he slept and now he's all fine again
Zena was very strange last night too, as if she had guts ache, no temperature, but she wasn't right, so I'm thinking she picked something up, some kind of bug, got rid of it overnight coz she's absolutely fine today, and then she passed it on to Georgie, who of course, has no immune system left with his cushings, so maybe he was trying to overcome it, and with the ab's he's on, he might well have done I suppose, I just don't know. No sickness or diarrhea with either of them, everything is normal, just that gut instinct that both of them had a funny turn, and I know coz of the staring round at the stomach area, and the staring into space and that rapid breathing which I hate! Anyhoo, all is well to end the day!
Thanks everybody
