Fantastic pix MJ, that 'family shot' is ace love the cat too! (btw Dogweb has a sister site called www.catpages.co.uk but its not as busy as DW.. yet!).

It's always nice seeing Dobes cos it makes me remember our Max who was the most amazing dog.. *goes all sad*...

Yes...you can get fawn colored dobes. They are tough to find (at least around my area).

I've never seen a Blue up close , what are there coats like where you are? I recently found out about a litter of 14 pups , 1 black, 6 blue, 3 fawn and 4 brown.The sire is blue and still has his coat at 3 years old which can be unusual over here.

Honesty, I have never seen a blue or fawn upclose either. Just pictures on the web and in the handful of Dobe books that we have. Fourteen pups with that color mix...pretty cool.
