aww thanks well the lad that i have been seeing has 20 shire horses! im in love with them now. he has a collie and a jack russel, and also a springer. i like the idea of dallies and horses, and in fact there is a man who rides a carriage and has a dallie and a doberman

Estrelas tend to be OK with horses and other animals...BUT they can't understand why a person would sit on one. That always confuses them and they never seem to get their heads around it! People should be on the GROUND!!!!!

Noobie has a handy tip - let the Estrelas ride horses themselves and then they will see the point


(Perhaps something you should have done earlier though ..... horses might object at the size of a grown up one )

Border collies , GREAT Horse dogs, & id bet they would give Dallies a run fortheir money-if they were allowed to compete inthe trials.

Also my Dogs could pick my horse out of all the other horses in the field!

Mostly collies ime, as long as they don't herd too much seem to work out fine.

I know someone with a collie x malamute who takes it out riding with her, very fit dog.
