I've voted for just Dogsey member's dogs.
Some of the classes are so big anyway that by allowing others to enter it could grow out of all proportion.
As others have pointed out, it is quite easy for people to join Dogsey and enter their own dogs.

Dogsey dogs only. part of the enjoyment in the show is looking at the photos of the dogs you know and those who will become part of the Dogsey gang.

I know recently some of my pictures were turned down because they weren't owned by me. I think that's perfectly fair, I just hadn't realised, so my own fault. I think if you stretch it out, then it's harder to control. I think excepts are stuff like family dogs/regular friends, but only with a dogsey dog. My view, thats all

Yep same here, although only Dogsey Dogs is OK too by me.
