I haven't seen him since as I've been working & hub hasn't seen him whilst taking Tilly out (but then he goes out somewhere in the car)but I'm off now for the weekend so street stalking walking will resume tomorrow:

I'm new here and a bit shy to be offering opinions so soon, but might as well jump in at the deep end - if it was me I think I might either go round or drop a note in with my number just mentioning that if she ever wanted to 'get rid' of the little chap you would be very happy to take him on.
After all, she can only say no..... well, obviously a lot could go before and after the no word... lol... but it might be worth a try?
