No, not frolic follic.......or should that be foelic?..........lol.

Folic acid, yes I use it every time with my girls, I give 4 tablets a day, you can't overdose, what their bodies don't absorb comes back out in their wee.

Was told to give Holly wheatgerm caps from dorwest herbs so she is having them at the moment, will try the folic acid tablets as well, is there any particular brand thats best to use ? or can i just buy from the chemist ?
