I always get mine from TRPD, they will make them to measure if you need them to be and have a great range and what you pay goes towards rescue dogs!

Greyhounds in need do great coats, and you'd be helping the charity too, Honey and Diesel have coats from them, and they are perfect for them.

Citycroft whippets make greyhound and whippet coats. I'll find you the link for their websight. If you send them the sizes they will make one especially for your dog. They made one for me for my little whippet bitch as I struggled to get a coat small enough for her. They are reasonably priced too I think I paid about £16 for Freyja's whippet coat. They even made hers in purple as she had a purple collar and lead and I couldn't get a purple coat anywere
