Many thanks, Phil. That sore looking leg was caused by the vet!! I took her last Tuesday for her blood test and it was the new vet in the practice who saw Loki. Before I could stop him, he used an electric shaver on her leg - poor Loki got the shock of her life and so did I. Mr Kerr, the vet whose practice it is, and the other vet, who left, never ever shaved her leg for the test, they used scissors to trim the hair back. The new vet also was a bit rough in taking the blood. So next time I get Loki's blood test (in another couple of weeks I have to go back with her for more tests), I am going to ask for Mr Kerr this time, it looked sore and I have been putting Savlon on it!

Many thanks Vicki. It was the stupid vet who took her blood for her tests that used an electric shaver! Poor Loki got such a fright - she lay down on the floor and covered her leg!! Will be asking for the vet who normally takes her blood test next week, as she has to get another one done!! That was done last Tuesday and the mark is still quite sore looking. I have been using Savlon on it.
