A Mekuti lead to match his harness and a Blue Cross lead. Both are Softex, double end ones that are great to wrap around the hand and get a good, comfy grip.

Yep, another fan too.

Also flexi leads for off road (woods) walks

And my favourite is the Dogmatic leather lead that resembles rubber rains (horse)..for road walking

I just wish the Halti lead would come in nicer colours, mine is boring black!

Other than a few scrappy webbing leads (think cat lead!) yesterday I made a few of my own. Nice Olive green one side & a olive green pattern the other side. Sick of the boring tartan or uber dodgy leads you get for Chi's etc so I decided to fix that - I will be selling them in the local Textile/boutique/haberdasers shop locally as of next week. Am going to start making leads & collars for bigger dogs but need somewhere to do a resistance/pull test on a few to see what they'll withold. Have visions of person holding half a snapped lead!

I use a 5' oiled leather lead for my gsd for most activity, came in particularly handy yesterday morning when he was attacked by a tiny tiny yorkie It allows enough length for a dog to effectively defend itself if attacked by another dog whilst on lead, whilst still being under control.
