Why the hell have a dog in the first place. He should have been fined as well as banned....Oh what I would love to do to him
My 2 would go nuts if they didn't have at least 1 walk a day, and most days they get 2.
Still the poor thing didn't even know what the outside world looked like, Oh it makes me cry to even think about it.

That's millions of dogs who don't get the proper care they should.
