That is absolutly disgusting, that poor dog, at least this has a happy ending. what is wrong with people Why the hell have a dog in the first place.
He should have been fined as well as banned....Oh what I would love to do to him
My 2 would go nuts if they didn't have at least 1 walk a day, and most days they get 2.
Still the poor thing didn't even know what the outside world looked like, Oh it makes me cry to even think about it.

However, I think it was the Dogs Trust who did a survey and found that one in 10 dogs are never taken for a walk, that amounts to some 700,000 dogs. On top of that a third of dogs were only taken out a couple of times a week. So som 43% of dogs are either never or only occasionally taken for a walk. That's millions of dogs who don't get the proper care they should.

I read something simular in the Dogs Trust News Mag, it quite shocking really, we have one down the road a GSD, who has spent approx 12 years in the house or back garden, albeit a big garden, it never gets to socialise, see beyond the privet hedges or know anything that goes on around it. All it can do is bark at varies noises It's a very sad life IMO

It's really tearful isn't it. Mine think a walk in the little park at nite is an act of cruelty
