flatcoatdreams - I was just about to say what you said! If the dog isn't planting himself, perhaps she just doesn't think she can walk him when he's like that...

Or perhaps it is just the training, it may be worth asking her if he wants to come and play but he may not have any recall... of course, it could help if he's off with other dogs so he comes back with them...

Well we meet up with a couple of our fellow dog walkers who we see a lot last night. There was 5 dogs running round all having a great time. We saw the staffie and decided to keep going, told Ela to leave and went up to them.

It seem the little girly get VERY excited by other dogs and doesn't know when to back off. Ela of course thought this was great but Cassie not so much! She started jumping up her and pawing at her face and then got told off in no uncertain terms . . . I think she gets so excited because she in not really allowed to interact with other dogs so much. Next time we see them (which now seems like everyday) we will let Ela play again.
