I may have a go on "Simon" and "Longshanks" Longshanks cos I like the name!! Simon because, his owner "Mercy Rimell" bought a Dobermann from my friend, he died a few months ago and she phoned her again and asked if she had any puppies as he was the best dog she had ever had, I thought that was nice. She also trained the 1973 and 1975champion hurdle winner "Comedy of Errors" who lived out his life with her and was around 30yrs old when he died.

Just a quick question to see if anyone knows any online bookies offering "free" bets as they normally do this time of year.

Heard a good tip this morning. Can't remember the exact odds but 25 out of about 30 of the last National winners were carrying less than 11 stone and were 9 year olds.
So, I've gone for Kelami at 33-1 and Point Barrow at 10-1.
Here's hoping.

Nah me neither, Point Barrow went down at the first. Kelami stayed the course though, just ran out of steam.
