I only take a lead and poo bags. I have my mobile and my keys in my pocket, but they come everywhere with me anyway.

Dog and poo bags

If the walk is from home then it's not a long walk, less that 40 mins so we don't take water, if it's a longer walk, then we have water in the car for him, in one of those non spill water bowls

If we're walking from home then its 3 poo bags, mobile phone and house keys. (dog and lead a given)
If we driving somewhere and walking then its 6 poo bags, mobile phone, house and car keys, pocket puddle (collapsible water holder) and 500ml bottle water - and the camera

I have a small backpack for myself with:

poop bags
some sheets of kitchen roll
emergency treats (if I forget the main ones)
spare lead
mini air freshner (might sound daft, but just in case we meet an aggressive dog and no owner around I can at least try a blast of it to make it go away!)
an optional ball (if we're walking on our own)
mobile
keys

Think that's it!

I'm the worlds worse dog owner

I just take the dogs.......usually forget the poo bags and leave them in the car....and have to reply on Stumpywop for the bandages when Bruce treads on something

Mental note to oneself....must remember to take packed bumbag next time

I take the dog when we go for walkies! sorry, couldn't resist.

Depending on where we are go varies what I take. I usually just take poo bags, treats, tissue that go into pockets and then I carry a ball or frisbee.

If we take a bag then it usually contains:

Frisbee
Football
Towel
Treats
Poo bags
Water & bowl
Spare lead
Small torch

I also carry my camera with me most times and my purse
and phone.

The first aid kit is a good idea, I usually a have a few sterile wipes as well in the bag.
