Don't you believe black dogs show the dirt less. Shady comes home caked in mud and looks awful especially as she doesn't attempt to clean herself. Yet Milo who is predominatly white is sparkling in no time and although lower to the growund doesn't have half the mud on him that Shady does.
I would have thought that being lower to the ground would have meant more mud!

Her best friend is, as I say, a miniature Yorkie. She has to jump up to lick Mo's face so Mo's neck gets dirty whatever the weather

She certainly cleans up well though., beautiful
...and you should think yourselves lucky really, 3 watering cans full would be nowhere near enough to clean Hoki up
