Gus is from Pleasant Bay in Cape Breton Nova Scotia (Canada). I live on the coast of Nova Scotia in a small town.

His dad is 170lbs. But he's got a grand daddy whose 200lbs. I am taking Gus in to get netuered on friday, so they'll weigh him too. I'm guessing around 160 right now. I am told gus is longer and taller then his father, so when he fills out he'll be over his 170lbs father.

Great Breed, but deffinitly NOT for everyone lol.. Gus is actually from the Wakon blood lines. This line is usually around 180lbs fully grown. most mals don't get over 130lbs. I do not reccomend a Giant Malamute to anyone who is a novice dog owner or who can't handle a mal having a temper tantrum lol.. they can be very stuborn and alpha male.. But once you establish your domminance over them they are a great dog.. its just getting their thats rough ha.
