You never know. I know that there are some all black or mostly black BCs and Austalian shepherds out there. It's rare. but it happens.

Cookie, Zolas litter sister has no white left on her now, she had a tiny amount as a pup, but its all grown out now, so shes just black & tan now.

I can think of loads more in obedience too!

Oh dear-know how you feel! I said to someone once "Your dog has Cairn terrier in it" and they replied "It is a Cairn terrier"! -red face from me but it looked like a cross.
