I don't know how anybody can move out - presumably somewhere else & not even take any personal stuff with them??

I've just had another look & it's no longer on the site

Sorry, the property you requested was not found or is no longer available.
I wonder why...

More likely that the Estate Agents were embarrassed by their blurb

A traditional period style property set back off the road in need of modernisation.

To the ground floor is a generous through lounge that could be split back into two receptions if required and access to the kitchen with a utility room towards the rear.

To the first floor is a family bathroom and three bedrooms two of them are doubles and the third is bigger than your normal sized third bedroom.

There is also a front and rear garden, the property is available with no chain.
Either written by someone who had not seen the house or it was wishful thinking!

I got that too but the other link worked fine..GEE!

Mind you there is an old man up the lane lives like this. Just out of control and if he died and no family..
Was in there once and the kitchen...Lovely old man too.... towed my car out of the ditch. See a lot of old houses abandoned with all the stuff still in, beds made up etc... I suspect a lot of old ones live like this BUT would YOU trust any agent like this..

Seriously though, maybe the owner is a Hoarder watched a few programmes about people who live way worse than that, couldn't even make out the rooms, let alone see the bed and cooker Still wouldn't explain why it was put up for sale in that state though Reckon someone's havin a laugh

I saw this yesterday on the Mail online website . I do remember seeing lots of paper work on the bed and wondered if it had bee a uni house or squatters maybe.

The house from the outside is lovely and what huge potential it all has for some hard working buyer.

I dunno but (apart from that kitchen) it looked a tad 'contrived' to me. Going on the general 'decor' and pictures on the wall etc.

Looked like a reasonable house that someone had tipped about 100 binliners of stuff out in and strewn it all over!

Like some of those eBay ones you see where one spouse is 'getting at' another!

It would reduce the chances of selling for a good price after all wouldn't it? If the proceeds have to be divided
