I have noticed my pups don't like to go out in the rain for a wee, when they squat to do it the rain seems to get in there eyes and they little faces go all screwed up. my adult dogs hate going out back for a wee but will happily go for a walk when the rain is hitting the ground so hard it seems to come back up
that's rottweilers for you though! they are loopy
