YOGA! YOGA! YOGA! I used to think it was for wimps, now I know who is the wimp and its not those who do pilates or yoga. Im stronger than i ever was after years in the gym and aerobics.
It sometimes is the teacher and not the system!

Well I run up and down 4 flights of stairs every hour for 12 hours taking blood gases from HDU to ITU. Does that count?

And yeah I do feel a bit better for it (now I'm sat at the PC with a can of Stella!)

I don't have a car, so it is bus it or walk for me!

I walk to work in the morning - 15mins there and back (so 30 mins a day!).. Plus doggie walking...

Don't do nearly enough excercise though...

Yup, it's rather funny though as I hate it but do it anyway

2 hours a week of Hatha yoga (want to change to something more precise and flowing)
I jog 45 minutes 3 times week
3 hours of PE (volley/football/rugby!!/basketball/running ect) a week
During the summer/spring/fall I bike to school and home, so roughly 11 km a day.
Sometimes tennis
Walking walking walking walking

haven't had to time to go to the gym but always find it rewarding when I can.

But always go for a run - 3 times a week (every second day ) Fern comes with us and loves it, tries to play dodgems making the run more of an agility test I think
