Really? So you're one of those funny people that thinks the week starts on a Sunday?

See if I'd have said on Sunday "I'm going on holiday next week" I would mean anytime between when I said it til the same time the next week!

Sorry splitting hairs now eh?

Oh no I always think the week starts on Monday but like you say some people do say it starts on Sunday and the dictionary has got it down as the first day of the week so I suppose technically it is - but Monday is always the first day of the week for me

The dictionary? How strange! What I don't get is if Sunday is officially the start of the week how come it's classed as the "weekend"???

These boffins want to get themselves sorted out!

I reckon next week, when said on a Sunday, means the week starting the next day (Monday). Have I just confused you more now? Basically 8-15th May.....
