My god this is terrible, what a evil human being someone must be to do such a thing.

I applaud your neighbours actions, I wish there were more people like this in the world.

Is there any chance that the person who did this could be traced at all?

These horrid people should be brought to justice, however I doubt it is possible to find them.

Aww, no, wish I'd had my camera on me at the time, I shall try and get round there again with camera in hand this time.
