yes they are gems ,but it is considered A fault there grey noses as standard says black i find it rediculess the prices of blue staffs And the idiots who pay more for them obviously know nothing of the breed or are as karen says are in it for money

In case you lot haven't realised I do prefer the red

However I do like the black/brindle and black's. I'm don't really like the tiger brindles, don't know why, they just don't seem to appeal to me. Brindles look stunning when the light catches them.

I've only ever seen one fawn staffie and she belonged to my neighbours ex. We did offer to take her off his hands as he couldn't look after anymore but he gave her to the woman behind him as she is involved with staff rescue. In a way I'm glad we didn't take her on as she was 11 months old and was pregnant

I think that the 'blue' is a 'fault' but couldn't swear to it, I'll have to have a look

Its not a fault purely for being blue- if everyhting else adheres to the standard its fine. There is a blue Subaron dog on the circuit at the moment

I like the black or black brindles , like my candy n buds.having said that i wouldn't mind a blue bitch just for a change, but lets face it all staffs are gorgeous!!

a nice white is also special or a sharp black/white pied - but I think theyre quite hard to find

nice fit healthy black n shiney.....thats my favourite.....altho brindle creeping in here at minute lol....will show any colour...and wen judging colour dosnt come in to it..... i recently went to see a litter with some friends...in the litter was 2brindles....a red....a fawn....and 2 blue brindles.....wen asked wot i thought ov pups lol...i cudnt look at the others just the brindles...lol....was strange seeing diff coloured pups....havnt got any experience with other colours so i cudnt pass comment...even tho underneath the colour ov the skin is still the same....was just wierd watching them.....altho must say they were all lovely chunky healthy pups......mam is red dad is stripey brindle.....but black n shiney still my number 1.......jayne
