oh dear poor thing hope he is feeling better soon. Everyone at work seems to me going down with it, 3 more today. I bet its in the air-con, watch this space it will be me soon!

You poor thing! You must be worried sick! Nurofen is much better than Calpol for bringing temps down so long as the child isn't asthmatic or similar. Hope he is much better soon. When my kids have a massive temp like that, I lie them in front of a fan and sponge down with tepid water.

well he's now in bed, i gave him his second capsule emptied into a spoon full of yoghurt(as told by nurse as apparently it tastes foul) and he threw it back up 30 seconds later so he hasnt had this eves dose as there was no salavaging it. his temp has dropped a little but has now got gungy eyes bless him, think were in for a long night.

Awww, poor baby. You'd better get your head down, or you'll be needing matchsticks to keep your eyes open by the morning. Good luck. Really hope to hear he's much better in the morning.

you can definetly give nurofen and calpol together as we did that for luca recently when he had high temp.
