to be honest, there are only two local vets within reasonable distance. One I would never, ever go to again (long story) and the other is brilliant. If he charged double, I'd still be going to the vet I trust and who I know has the best interests of his patients at heart.

I have been quoted (for under 10kg) £130.50 for regular spaying and £220.50 for keyhole spaying. These prices include post-op pain relief and 2 routine check ups following surgery.
