apparently he did by stopping drinking!! he used to drink 24 pints a day!!!!!

I think he had to stop drinking because he had a heart-attack and a stroke.

It was carry on drinking or die choice, I pleased to see he made the right one.

Hope he has the strength to continue, wishing him all the luck in the world.

Saw him playing darts last week and he had a yellow complexion and sounded very weak.

I saw the interview with him the other night. His face looks very thin although he's still got a big loose hangy belly. Good luck to him though as he's really been unwell.
