Fudge used to hate the car. I eventually mastered it by driving her the 5 minutes it would have taken to walk to our local park. I did this every day for a few weeks and she soon learned that the car was a good way of getting some fun. Mind you it cost us a fortune in parking fees.I also fed her in there and just sat in there with her and had a cuddle. Our neighbours thought we were potty!

You must have read my mind. I was just thinking the same thing. As Ben knows his local park and is totally at home there I thought of driving him there. It is about 2 min walk from my house but you can drive around and park which will take about 5 mins.
Good idea. That way he will know the car will take him to a place he knows!!
