I had to phone protect my bubble many times they took over 60 days to pay out and even then did not pay the full amount, we are going through the complaints at the moment to get them to pay the rest and reinburse the two months premium the took after my dog was dead before the paid out.
They have made a very upsetting time a 1000 times worse
