arent they just horrible scum
there was a post on another site where it was mentioned a GSD pup was found where I always used to walk my two in the woods. It was 5 months old and stuffed in crate and they thought it had been there a few days in the rain and the cold was so emaciated it couldnt stand and had hyperthermia why are some people so dog damn horrible

the last I heard he was with the local RSPCA but it was touch and go really- where he was found is such a big place and so many different routes to walk when in there its amzing he was found at all
