Your jumping to conclusions, all I have said is ethical breeders do make a profit, I have not said or insinuated they are in it to make a quick buck

I said most ethical breeders, I didn't make any reference to people on this forum and what they wrote.

So I am lying about that too am I ??

Anne, all I have done is try to educate, in places that you obviously have no idea of, as under your own admission, you don't show or breed, and as I and many others here do, we are all trying to give you the bigger picture.

YOU are the one that has been continually rude by implying we are not only all Liars about making profit, but that we are Dishonest about it too.

Mabe be not, but then most ethical breeders give somethng else mybe instead. My pups went with CDs with almost a book of information which cost plenty I can tell you.

Maybe apart from the doggy bag you will find most rescues provide these.
Well done, my pups and many more, including Mo's leave with much more plus a LIFETIME of invaluable advice. Can rescues centres that rehome dogs give LIFETIME breed advice and support and training advice etc.

I wasn't the one comparing by the way, but as we're on the subject, how on earth do you neuter a litter of pups, afterall that IS what you were comparing.

As I asked before. You keep going on about the litters you have reared, so how do they go neutered ??

Sorry Dawn but that's incorrect we have had 2 dogs in so far this year that were already neutered. Very rarely do they come in with vaccination cards -risk can't be taken so have to be fully vaccinated again. Absolutely there are bad rescues just like there are bad breeders. Also most reputable rescues will keep their dogs on assessment for a set period of time so it's not a case of in one week and out the next.

I have to say this thread really has been very educational and informative for me and has helped a great deal for when (and if) I breed Isla. To see how much things can cost and what can go wrong really helps when you're a first timer.

I have to add, though, that I think time would be better spent for AnneUK to find puppy farmers and BYB's to pick at than the ethical, reputable breeders that exist on this forum.

JMO of course.

I wouldn't force anyone to neuter their dog, nor do I agree with early neutering but I do endorse my pups and a sales agreement is signed and I am always available on the end of the phone or computer if they have any problems!
