I've been doing nowt except sleeping, dozed off watching a history programme. Just woken up and we have stock for the turkey which I put on earlier and Brian had drained and reduced. We have ham stock which is being turned into lentil soup at the moment. So that's two of the bits for the Christmas dinner done. Tomorrow it'll be the turkey and stuff, prep the veg and that will be us ready to rock and roll on the day.

Davie is currently upstairs sorting out the toys he wants to get rid of, I will be going up after my coffee to start gutting.

*pours some cream over the mince pie* Have fun folks.

Gotta say goodnight now folks cos Zena is now doing a Jimmi on me, pestering me to go out, but I know when I open that back door she'll zoom straight back in, so I've gotta put my coat on and shoes and go up the top with her. Not looking forward to that cos it's still howling out there along with the torrential rain. The forecasters were right, it's actually getting worse now

Sounds like a problem CATH I suggest a funnel with a stopper on the end,with rubber bands attached to your ears,that way you won't lose a drop...or be electrocuted
