So glad to hear this, and let's hope he goes on for a good few years more, especially with such loving owners, he should do, poor little soul, this should never have happened

In case anyone is interested in rehoming, we had a snippet on our local news this morning Meridian TV where they said the St. Bernard's are now ready for rehoming, all 100 of them! They have a website, so it should all be on there coz I saw it on my news first thing this morning.

I hope every single one of them finds a loving, caring, forever home to allow them to put the past behind them.

Looks like things are moving now that the dogs are being re-homed. They look happy and healthy in the pictures.

I still wonder what has become of Mary-Ellen??? At least the dogs are safe now.

Unfortunately there are none anywhere near me. I spoke to the RSPCA about them and rehoming one would mean 2 x 400 mile round trips which I cannot afford.

That would be great thanks. I called the RSPCA enquiring if any of them will be moved further up this way, I had to answer a few questions, gave my number and was told that someone will phone me back in a couple of weeks knowing my luck most if not all will have found a home by then
