We specifically asked our breeder NOT to have Max docked, and they also kept his sister undocked.

They have a waiting list for the next litter (due in a month or so) and have advised everyone that the puppies will not be docked, and no-one has said that they won't have a puppy. Many of the people on the waiting list have other docked boxers, but since they want a puppy specifically from this litter, it's not the tails they care about, it's the overall look and temperaments of the dogs.

thats great for you, well done on that rotti. Many people have had probelms with stumps getting infected etc...

Firstly the cutting of hair is not painful as hair is dead, therefore you are not severing through nerves and tissue.
Secondly Poodle trims, whilst in these times are highly stylised, are routed in their history. Same as the Portugese Water Dog. I suggest you familiarise yourselves with poodle history before making judgement.
