I'm sure this is just the 'change' that you need and it sounds like a perfect job for you, and I could (but won't) quote you people who started in retail in a similar position and who are now very high up. The retail industry is like that, they favour people who have worked at the 'sharp end'.

We've all got to start somewhere, haven't we? This is, hopefully, a very good place to start. (No, I didn't sing that Maria style! ).

Okay, so it's not exactly a high flying job and it's a bit less money that what I'm currently getting (which isn't a lot anyway!) but you've got to start somewhere and there definitely is room to learn loads in this job and a chance of career progression, which I don't have at the moment.

It's a bit of a slight risk, yes, but it's a risk I feel I should take and you have to take risks sometimes, don't you? You just have to do your best, work hard and hope they pay off!

I need a change as the job I'm in at the moment, as much as I appreciate my job, I really do, it's just very boring and won't go anywhere.

I certainly will do my best and I'm looking forward to getting stuck in.
