yeah sadly i've had to cancel as i've got the offer of a holiday in scotland instead!!couldnt really turn it down as i really need a break!! no doubt we'll have other meet ups !! If anyone wants to go in my place juts pm me!!

Sally you get a 50% refund as that is all the hotel returns if there is less than 3 weeks to the event. I cancelled the room because if I hadnt I would have had to find 2 people to fill it, as its a shared room. So as gems had already cancelled and then you it added up to 1 room.
