Help identify my sweet sweet greyhound(?) mix...

This is my newly adopted girl "Stella", who was adopted from the Humane Society about 3 weeks ago. We were told she is a greyhound/retriever mix. After going on a hike yesterday and seeing a full-blooded greyhound stand next to my dog, I realize she is most definitely not full-blooded greyhound.

That being said, I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on what other types of breed this doing might be.

She is 1yr 8mo old and weighs ~50lbs. She is very shy and keeps her tail in between her legs when scared. She often returns to her crate if you so much as raise your voice at her. She is very loving and loves to be chased by other dogs. She is great with other dogs and protective of her owner.

If anyone else has any questions, please ask. I am considering getting a DNA test but I wanted to check here for your expertise!

Here is a short video her running in slow motion with my girlfriend's new iPhone

Beautiful dog. What spotlessly clean and manicured toenails she has!

No idea of the greyhound mix. She's what I call 'a big dog' lol!
