I don't want my boys to do for me what I have done over the years for mum.
I will put myself in a home if necessary and try to make the most of it.
Mum has always been funny about making friends. Dad retired and in 6 weeks he knew all the neighbours and most of them mum didn't know even though she never went to work and we had lived there 30 odd years then.

me I will talk to anyone that will listen especially if its about dogs. This is mostly mums problem refusing to mix and make friends.

I hope those eyes stop itching soon Linda.

thanks guys, it's not the one my friend kicked off about, it's one i had an interview for a month ago! I was so shocked, the lady who i spoked to sounded so serious and i thought it was going to be a no as she was all 'is this a good time to talk' sort of thing, eek. so i thought it was going to be bad news and her listing all the reasons i didn't get it, but it was excellent news and i'm so chuffed!

That's great news, tell him I hope it works out well if he decides to accept.
